About me

Hi, I'm Ella.

I believe people thrive when fitness becomes something they choose, not something they force themselves to do.

Too often, people feel they need to force themselves through workouts they dislike, follow generic programs, or spend hours in crowded gyms to achieve results. In my experience, the most effective fitness plan is one that fits the individual and can be sustained long term.

That's why I take a personalized approach to coaching. Every client has unique goals, preferences, strengths, challenges, and life circumstances. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all method, I adapt each program to the person in front of me.

Education creates independence, confidence, and lasting results. Together, we'll build the knowledge, habits, and skills needed to support your goals both inside and outside of our sessions.

Whether we train outdoors, in your home, at my home training space, or through activities such as hiking, trail running, or other forms of purposeful movement, the focus remains the same: helping you make meaningful progress in a way that works for you.

Outside of coaching, I enjoy staying active through mountain biking, trail running, tennis, hiking, and spending time outdoors. My passion for movement extends beyond structured workouts, and I encourage clients to find activities they genuinely enjoy as part of a sustainable approach to fitness.

Before becoming a personal trainer, I spent ten years in law enforcement, where I developed a strong appreciation for discipline, resilience, physical preparedness, and working with people from diverse backgrounds. After recently relocating to the Netherlands, I'm excited to become part of the Utrecht community and help people to find effective ways to stay active and challenge themselves.

Together, our goal is not only to achieve results, but to build a way of training that you genuinely enjoy and can sustain long term. After all, consistency becomes much easier when you look forward to the process.

Educated Strength. Sustainable Progress.
